Trouble with music download/purchase from Sprint Music Store

Hi. I recently purchased a piece of music from Sprint Music Store. Download "appeared" to be successful and the piece of music was supposed to be loaded in my "All My Music" folder, however when I checked, it was not there. Could find very little help on the application to resolve this problem, except for a suggestion to push Web Synch, which I did, but this did not produce the piece I just purchased. I thought possibly that it might be a memory issue, however have very little music loaded and still have ~99% available memory.
