Default Unable to connect to mailboxes after introducing Exchange 2010.

Please Login to Remove!

Hello there:

I have recently added an Exchange 2010 server to my network which still has an Exchange 2003 Server together with a BES Express Server. The users whose mailboxes reside on the Exchange 2010 Server are unable to connect to their mailboxes. Users with mailboxes on the Exchange 2003 Server are happy as they are able to connect and sync their blackberries with their mailboxes. I'd like to know if anybody has experienced this before and how they solved it.

Thanks in advance,

Alex.

Did you set the BESAdmin permissions on the 2010 server?

I am unable to post an article yet, but please go to blackberry.com,
select support, then knowledge base, search for KB22601.
