Hello

I have a problem that i couldn't find a solution to it and i came to this forum.


So i dropped my bb a few days ago to the floor and it hasnt turned on since.
Only thing it does is when i connect it to a charger or a computer the camera light goes red for a second and thats it.

The computer doesnt recognize it.

If ANYONE could help me or if somebody else has the same problem i would be very grateful for a solution that would turn my bb back to life.

Most likely you damaged the motherboard or broke a connection.

Have you tried removing and reseating the battery, SIM and SD cards?

yes i tried all of them but didint do anything. is there any point of openingi the back cover and checking the connections.
