Hi all, I have a blackberry 9380. Had it a year now and it's been working fine up until 2 days ago. A white screen appears, with an error 'app error 603'. This has happened numerous times both yesterday and today. When the device has finished rebooting itself, it now and then won't let me onto bbm itself. However when I do get onto the bbm screen, there has been no bbm status updates for a while, so I can't see status updates or when somebody has changed their display picture for example. However, people can see my status updates and when I send broadcasts etc. I have no clue as to what is going on, help!! Many thanks in advance.

Assuming your phone was not dropped or got wet, try pulling the battery to reload the OS.
If that does not work and you did not add any apps that might interfere, try upgrading to the latest BBM.
