I have problem to read emails sent by Outlook using Domino Server for mail server.
mails i received on my blackberry is blank .
anyone can help

If you go into the email body and press the track wheel in, you should have an option for "more" or "more all" that should display the rest of the message. Sometimes when you activate a blackberry and it downloads old emails, it only downloads the headers, is this an issue your having with new mail or just the ones you got when you activated the device? For example on my BES, when users activate new devices, they get the last 5 days of emails or 200 messages, with the last 5 days never being more then 200, but to cut down on server load, it just downloads headers.

so the next question would be, is it on all incoming messages?

actually my problem is that
i am messaging and blackberry administrator
we are using lotus domino in our messaging environment
one of our user is using outlook for messaging client , and mailing server is domino
when he send mail to any blackberry user having 8700 , that mails not appers on his set , only headers and blank message body.
other mails they are receiving are fine

only mails sent by that user is creating problem

It appears that the "blank" messages have a $MIMETrack field in them:

$MIMETrack: MIME-CD by Notes Client on <user name> <date> <time>....

Normal messages (in the Notes NSF) don't seem to have these headers.

Is there some way to configure MIME-CD conversion in the BES?
