My Blackberry 9530 shows 1 email message to be viewed. However, I've been through all the folders available via View Folders and there are no messages. Anyone know how I can remove this message notification or another place I can look for this message?

Sometimes these phantom alerts need a battery pull to be cleared. If you've checked Saved Messages and all the subfolders the battery pull is all that's left.
