Default Uncaught Exception : Assertion Failed

Please Login to Remove!

Hi
I have a application which stores some data in the cache and then shows it to the user and then gets it saved in the cache until the user wants to remove it from the cache. The interface to delete the data from the cache is through menu items. The application was working fine until it started showing up the below error:
Uncaught Exception : Assertion Failed
whenever i try to open the application by clicking the application icon it shows this error and does not allow me to open the application.

I have handled all the exceptions in my application.

Does any one has experienced such problems, please let me know if there is any solution.

Thanks in advance
