Model 7230/Enterprise Server

In order to view mail the user has to manually hit "view folder, inbox" on an almost daily basis. Why is this not sticking? Am I missing a setting?

go to Messages / Options / Email Settings - click for menu and select Folder Reconciliation
expand the user name to see configured folders, and ensure the folder 'mailbox' is checked - this determines which folders are dumped into the primary message window on the bb
