Default amazing

So after being on the phone with customer service for an hour and having no resolution with my AIM messenger I woke up today logged in and it worked. Must have been a blackberry server thing.

no, there is nothing we have to do to get it to work. the problem was on tmobiles side.

8320 preloaded clients require data to use.

t-mobile is referring to their own Oz messenger client that uses sms.
if you have no data plan, but you do have a sms plan, then use that.

Dave

as stated it was a blackberry server issue that caused a lot of people unable to sign on which looks to have been fixed on their end.

if you try logging in with a screen name with more than 30 contacts it just cuts it down, it doesn't affect the ability to sign on.

So, if I have the $19 data plan and no sms plan, I can use the preloaded clients application?
