Default Sprint outage

Please Login to Remove!

Sprint is telling me there is a national outage of blackberry data services. Can anyone else confirm? We are using BIS and only have one user in the Orlando, FL area experiencing this issue (out of about 30 BB units all over the country).

On VZW here. No e-mails forwarded overnight and I know I had 5 emails that should have been forwarded.

While chatting with Sprint tech support they asked for the zipcode of the device. They responded with the following:

"Sprint is currently experiencing a network outage in the zip code:32789. Customers in the National area may experience difficulties with Web Services and can experience Web Services - Out of Service issues

Sprint is working to resolve this matter within the next 24 hours."

Not sure how localized it is. I have also resent service book to device.

BES services in MN appear to be working fine. BIS appears spotty with intermittent but not completely dead service.
