Hey guys.

I've got a friend with a very odd issue.

She has a Blackberry Storm (not sure if the first or second model) and has a work account configured on it. The office does have MS Exchange and Blackberry Enterprise Server, but this girl is NOT configured on the BES - she just added the account manually, I guess, on BIS.

The problem she's having is that every time she responds to an email, the original message she responded to in the first place gets sent back to her blackberry again. It is very odd and I wouldn't have believed it if I didn't see it myself.

Nobody else in the office is having this problem.

Any ideas what could be causing this & how to fix? Should we maybe create an account for her on the BES? Could the problem be that she's NOT on the BES?

That would solve the problem yes. I've heard of that problem before but since it's BIS related, I don't know what the solution is.

Ok, thanks. We'll add her to the BES & see how that works. In the meantime, any other ideas are welcome!!
