Default Desktop Manager 4.7

Please Login to Remove!

I downloaded desktop manager 4.7 but but my media manager is greyed out. What can I do to access my media on the phone.

Do you have the media on device memory or a media card?

Go into Options > Media Card and enable Mass Storage Mode. Then connect your device to your PC. You should then see a new drive letter for the device. You can access your media that way.

No I am not showing the drive that way .Media Manager is still greyed out.

You don't need DM to do it the way I am telling you. You can use Windows Explorer or go to My Computer.

Okay so I figured it out .My network drives were hindering my BB from showing might make reference to this in the future if someone has similar issue.
The thing to do is just disconnect from network drives and thats it the BB shows up .Thanks for your help.

I still dont understand why the DM cant use MM. In the old version it used roxio but it worked even though I dont particularly like roxio.
