Default BES - ACtivation

Please Login to Remove!

I am having an issue activating a user with the bold on the BES. Its saying contact your system administrator. I have put my credentials accurately but still not getting the activation done ?
Any help would be appreciated ? My environment is BES 4.1.0.38 and Exchange Windows 2K3R 2.

Is BOLD enterprise provisioned correctly by provider?

Have you tried sending a Pin message to the BlackBerry to see if it is provisioned properly by the carrier?

This phone was on the BES before and removed so I know that his service is okay.

Have you tried wiping the device and then re-trying the activation?

Yes I have wiped out handheld but I am still not getting results. Do you know what logs I can look at to see any useful info ?

I picked up the problem on the Exchange Mail Account. I went in there and changed mail forwarding.reference KB04829. Thanks for all your help freakinvibe.
