BES - ACtivation

I am having an issue activating a user with the bold on the BES. Its saying contact your system administrator. I have put my credentials accurately but still not getting the activation done ?
Any help would be appreciated ? My environment is BES 4.1.0.38 and Exchange Windows 2K3R 2.
