Default up grade due. should i up grade?i have a 8300

Should I up grade to a new phone? There is nothing wrong with my 8300 except for scratches. I am due for the verizon 100.00 up grade and the rebate. Is it worth to up grade? Is there a better black berry on the market like the one I have?I don't like those touch screens. Thanks.

Welcome to the forums.

The Tour is nice, but if you're content with your Curve, don't upgrade just yet. Wait a few more months when the Tour 2 is released.

Agreed. You said yours is working good. You can always wait for the tour 2 and then compare the two

I am currently running the Tour and I love it, but the WiFi and extra RAM that will be on the Tour 2 is definitely worth the wait.

My 2-year contract is over in May. I hope the Tour2 will be available by then.

I'll give another vote to wait if everything is working well for you. The new Bold (Tour 2) should give the trackpad and WiFi as upgrades to the Tour which I did like more than my old Curve 8330. You could get a new Curve which has the trackpad and WiFi, but otherwise isn't much different than what you have. The Bold would be a pretty noticeable upgrade to what you have.
