Yes, but if the phone is reported stolen or missing it sends a kill command to the phone and also wipes the radio processor and then sends the info on it's location, etc. to the carrier for law enforcement processing.

ok nobody is helping so i will just push in the buttons and hit enter about seven times.blackberry is used for the goverment and has to be tight on security so if the inncorrect password is enterd it will reset itself that means call logs phone book it will be like it is a new phone
