Before I had my Verizon Business Rep get my new Storm 2 upgrade ready for shipping, I wanted to feel the new touch screen before I upgraded. I was fortunate enough being on vacation that the nearest company store let me do so. I tried out the phone for 30 minutes and can tell you, that in my opinion, BlackBerry got it right. It's too bad this was not the first release. I can't wait for the delivery tomorrow! I will still recommend changing the keyboard settings from the Sticky Thread I Started awhile back. I don't want to take credit for the new settings as I just found them and copied and then pasted into the original thread.

I forgot to mention that I tried out the Tour and for me, I still like the Storm. My first BlackBerry was an 8830.

I have mine, and it is great. I never used the Storm, but this phone rocks. It is quick, and easy to use. I am switching over from a tour, and have been using BlackBerries for years. This one is so far my favorite.

Can it play videos from youtube? If so is it only the mobile youtube site? How do they look?

Well, I can't speak for the Storm 2 definitively but my first gen Storm plays Youtube videos pretty well.
