[HKP7M13]

I have a small (1.5mb) WMV file that plays nicely on my Storm. I have some other rather large files (200-250mb) that won't play. I get an error message. Are these files too large?

The Media Manager on the DM is greyed out. I can't use it to load/convert files.

Help?

Are the files are on a media card, maybe there isn't enough space left?

Files are on the SD card. Lots of room, over 7GB. Device memory is pretty clear too.

When you installed Desktop Manager, did you include Roxio? Those files may need to be converted for the device and Roxio can do that if you have it installed.
