Giddy like a school girl I downloaded Blackberry Media sync, moved all my music to iTunes, went step by step through each mp3 to attach album art. (a nightmare on 600 or 700 mixed CDs)

I sync'd to the BB via media sync, went to play the music and no album art.

Is there a way to attach the album art directly to the MP3s in iTunes, rather than a reference?

Anybody have a fix?

in itunes if you go to the song properties (right click > properties) you can attach a file. that will transfer via mediaSync.

Can you do this in bulk? Almost like a batch copy from Apple Album art to attach to the mp3?

BTW - that's ghetto - rim should pick up the apple art.

i have no idea if it can be done in bulk. If you look at your file structure on the media card, media sync changes it. each song/album has its own folder now. perhaps just copying the music directly from iTunes into those folders will work

Sorry to revive a 3mo old thread, but anyone have any updates on MediaSync? If not, I sure do! I just DL'ed it and have been messing around with it. My 2gb card was almost already completely full so it would only let me sync 2 songs... and still not iTunes protected songs (bummer there...), but the 2 songs it did... album art, perfect sync, love it!
For those nay-sayers... try it again!
