Hello,
ive recently tried installing FB 1.6 onto my blackberry via the loader.exe
it installed but when i try signing in it says i need a data plan. I dont have any data plan or BIS or BES but ive heard that 1.6 is suppose to work over wifi.
Im using O.S 5.0 and own a blackberry bold 9000.
Anyone have a fix too this? Thanks!

Some apps will indeed work over WiFi, but only if you have a BlackBerry data plan on your account. It still needs the BB plan to verify, it just won't use it when on WiFi. Useful if you have a monthly cap on data.

But you still need a BlackBerry data plan.
