I have a BB 8900 v 4.6.1

I have noticed the last few weeks the phone slowing and crashing, especially after a call the phone just seems to lock up and allow me do nothing other then a battery pull.

I have 88MB of free Application Memory. I am thinking of doing a complete factory reset and start over, any thoughts or suggestions?

Start by updating the OS. Your apps may run better with the newer OS.

Might also take a look at what apps you have running at the time, especially apps running in the background that you may not know are running, and particularly too many apps at one time.
