Is anyone else out there having this problem?

I am logged into 3 mediums with Verichat 1.96b on my T-Mobile 7100t and after completing a phone call, I go back into Verichat to see that my medium status icons show offline. Login doesn't do anything. Logout doesn't do anything. Only Logout and Exit then restarting the app seems to bring my connections back to life.

So in short. After receiving a phone call..Verichat doesn't seem to reconnect.

So I'm the only one having this issue? I wonder if it's a 3.8 OS issue or if I've got a bad install of VeriChat.

Their customer service doesn't seem to want to help a paying customer :(

This happens to me as well, though more commonly when I've been out of signal area for a time. When I get signal back, it won't always reconnect with the services, while at the same time not giving me any of the login options. I haven't found a workaround for it yet, short of restarting VeriChat like you do. I'm running on 4.0, so it's not just a 3.8 problem.

I downloaded the verichat trial yesterday, and it worked great for the first couple of hours. I only use MSN and Yahoo, and it will not log into the Yahoo anymore. When I go to Login, it says "connecting to Yahoo" then "disconnected from Yahoo". I'm 7100t with 4.0, and my im passwords etc are correct. I tried to log into Yahoo on my regular IM screen and, after waiting forever, got a communications error. Any thoughts?

Seems my problem may have gone away at this point (so far anyways.)

I was on OS 3.8 and here's the steps I went through:

1. Uninstall VeriChat
2. Upgrade OS to 4.0.198 (TMobile)
3. Reinstall Verichat


Everything so far has been fine now. Reconnects like it's supposed to and hasn't caused an OS Crash as of yet.

Will keep you updated if this changes.

hey Raymond did you delete the default instant messaging feature on your phone before you dowladed Veri Chat cuz I downlowed Verichat howver did not delete my instant messanger program and it won't even let me log on Waht shoudl I do and is it worth risking my instant messaging
