Hi all,

Not a newb but the past 2 weeks being busy with work and unable to fully troubleshoot but its getting frustrating.

Details:
Bold 9700
Rogers Wireless BIS 1GB
account has been active for months without any interruption of service.

I cannot tell if the change over to BIS 3.0 or a few days after was the root cause or not but I was re-installing firmware which failed a few times due to VM in Windows on my Mac.

Since I successfully installed the firmware on my Bold 9700 (5.0.0.421 - previously 4.23 then 586 then back to .421) on a full PC, I've not been able to get "Labels" or "Add Star" for my Gmail account. No changes to the gmail account (no pw reset nothing). I've purged service books, reset - from 9700, provider BIS Admin site (connections), and STILL nothing. I've removed the gmail account, then added again from BIS Admin site then resent service books. No change.

Any ideas.

You need to have the Enhanced Gmail Plugin installed for those options to work.

I don't recall ever having accepted this before ... is this separate from the Calendar plugin? Also how is this listed? Any help on getting this back?
