I am using the small icons background. Decided to place a nice soft clouds pattern in the background. Everything works fine but the lower 40% of the picture is noticeably darker than the upper 60%. I tried to load the "stock pictures" that come with the 7100t and they exhibit the same thing. Anyone know why this is or how to eliminate it?

This is a known problem with the small icons theme. I used the sailboat picture when I had it loaded and it didn't bother me too much. What was the straw that broke the camel's back for me was the fact that this theme does not display an icon when you miss a call or if you have voice mail waiting. I'm now using the o2 theme until someone can fix these little annoyances.
