My bby curve 8830 is sending read receipts to people who request them of me. I want to NOT send any. I go to Options/Email settings but it does not allow me to control read receipts on my corporate/company issued email address (master account for the bby) but I can control them on the personal/gmail address I set up on the bby

why cant i see these read receipt options for the main/comapny issued address?

I would guess that the BES admin sets that,I don't know you have one but it kinda sounds like you do, so he/she can show your boss that you are in fact getting the e-mails the bosses are sending you, or anyone else for that matter.

So does mine. And I don't have BES and I set my "send read receipts" in e-mail settings to "no."
