Hello All,

Anyone else using 5.0 OS seeing their SMS always looking "unread" (in bold)? Even after I've read them they still stay bold, and when I press U to go to the next unread message, they are included as being unread.

Any ideas?

Mine are doing this also. When it gets on my nerves I highlight the current date, click Menu then Mark Prior Opened.

That fixes it... until the next time...

Its the same on mine. I seem to get sms 'read' (non bolded) sometimes and not others. Haven't paid much attention to that yet but will now to see what the magic sequence is (other than kathrynhr's solution that works great) that 5.0 likes.

I had the same problem with 5.0.0.3XX, but it works perfectly for me on 5.0.0.411.

Still running .411 and it works perfect for me. and the battery live is also ok.
But then a again I have two batteries for my Bold.

I'm on .411 now and the SMS issue seems to be resolved. Battery life, not so good.
