hey guys, I recently got a verizon bb tour. I am completely new to blackberrys and I am just wondering how I can download back up assistant to my tour? Thanks in advance for your help.

It should have been pushed to your device automatically.

Have you looked in the Downloads folder or in the Application Center?

yes I checked in both and it is not there. I bought this phone from someone online and it did not come with back up assistant. I've looked everywhere but can't seem to find it

Are you planning to sync your BB with a desktop program, such as Outlook? You can download the Desktop Manager from RIM and use it to sync your BB with Outlook.

BlackBerry Desktop Manager will backup the data.

Also, Google Sync works great.

I have the same issue as blynch923. I got a new tour, it pushed all of my contacts for me at the store, but I had to wipe it after I got it home. Now I need to get backup assistant up and running to get all of my contacts again, but just like blynch923, it doesn't appear in my applications (list OR folder) or downloads.......how can I get it??
