Verizon Find Me Follow Me

My company has a VoIP solution that let's my office phone ring, then forwards to my cell phone through Verizon. The find me follow me feature was working for 9 plus months and it recently stopped. My VoIP provider says is has something to do with Verizon not picking up the calls in time. I called Verizon and they can't change the ring times.
Anyone run into this? Any solutions?
