i got a 8700R. i dont have data service, and i was just wondering if theres anyway possible i can put games onto my BB without using data or converting files. just simply plug my usb open desktop manager and transfer!.....PLS HELP? thanx in advance

Yes, any game that has a desktop install (alx/cod files) will install via thte desktop with no need for a conversion.
