Default BES and Pop

I'm pretty versed in blackberries on BIS not BES. My BB is set up on BIS and I have the ablility to have multiple email addresses and send to each from my blackberry as if I was replying from my computer. That's why we all have blackberry right?

My friend has a BB that he bought unlocked on ebay. (originally ATT phone), and is on the Tmobile network. He owns his own domain and pays for a BES through a company called Message Center. This works fine. But he also has a work email that he'd like to setup.

On a BIS I'd just add the email box through the setup but when I started to do this on his BB it was directing me to ATT not Tmobile.

His work email is just a pop email but the way they have it setup is a blind forward so when he responds to all of his emails from his bb they come from his own domain not his companies.

Is there a way that I can set him up so his BB has the 2 email boxes like on mine?

Well with BES, he can only have 1 Exchange account. He can contact The Message Center to get his Exchange email setup since they host his Exchange mail.
As for the pop account, he can add that to the phone as well. When setting it up, if it is directing him to the wrong carrier, maybe it isn't really unlocked? He can try wiping the phone and re-entering the pop account.

Wiping won't do anything - especially unlock it. If he is already using it on TMO, then it is unlocked.

Does he have a BIS account set up with TMO? If so, you will need to log into the TMO BIS site, enter user name and password and set up the work account there.
