Hello,

I've been told by many a person who I talk to with my BB that I need to turn the microphone volume down and/or they can hear everything in the background. It's come to the point that I pretty much use a headset for every conversation I have. Aside from stuffing cotton inside the mic hole, does anyone have any suggestions? I've only found one other person posting about this problem...so maybe my phone is defective.
