Okay so,

Im getting a blackberry curve 8900
and I am getting it with no sim.

I waas wondering weather I need a blackberry sim like one from o2 simplicity.

Or is an ordinary sim okay like one from 3 -

I will be needing to use internet and blackberry messenger, possibly e-mail.

The one from 3 doesn't mention anything regarding Blackberry data and is likely not to work.
A Simplicity for Blackberry from O2 will work.
