Its funny..their disclaimer when joining the site states that the authors own the themes posted and not to steal them....but yes they are doing just that.

Sites that repost themes without the authors permission are leach sites...

I asked him to remove it but I know the assho*e won't

as a follow up to this post. I've spoken to the owner of the site, Chris, and he is going to be going over every post of themes that were posted and making sure that they are the property of the poster. If they are not the poster's themes, they will be removed. If you find your themes on the site, please email Chris and he will remove them.

I guess that is all the themes on his site. Every theme on that site belongs to someone
else then the leech that posted it. Yes, I am hard on leeches and the sites they post on.
I am very protective of my themes and I only post on one site (pimpmyberry).

Hi. I would like to go over a few things here if I may.
Slmoney, thank you for making the follow up post, and explaining our convo.
ScottMb4, where are donations accepted for other peoples work?
While we do allow you to host your theme on our site (both desktop files and OTA) we also allow you to post links for donations. We DO NOT ACCEPT donations, nor do we have any links for donations on other peoples themes.

I was probably more upset than Gary that that happened and I have to tell you, he was pretty upset!
As Slmoney said, if you find others on my site please email me or use the contact page on freeblackberrystuff.com and let us know.

One of the users here Ulukia even has his themes hosted there without any problems, so if you see it keep in mind that he authorized it.

Because of all this leaching, I have stopped making themes because it is no longer enjoyable due to all this leaching.
But when you STEAL (leach) from my, you are also stealing from the Multiple Sclerosis Society. 100% of my donations and 100% of my proceeds from my sales go directly to them, so I hope all of you who have STOLE from me feel really proud and big of yourselfs.

I have asked you several times now to stop saying that I stole your theme. It is ridiculous. I am doing what I can to right what was wrong and yet you continue.
Since you are posting here claiming how this is so unfair. Is it fair for rape victims or relatives of those murdered to deal with comments like this?

You are ranting non-stop about how your theme was stolen and even after a wrong is trying to be made right you continue. You throw words like those in the screenshot around like it's nothing.
You really should get your priorites in order.
