I know this thread might be a little old, but where do you guys get your nice themes from ? Is there a place that keeps getting updated like once a month or something with newer themes? and instructions on how to install them ?

There are lots of themes, some free and some not, here in the Media Center section, also there are links to theme sites there.

Here's mine for the sunset curve I have. Made the theme myself based on a theme created by zotiiz (precision newsilver). Had to have red highlights to complement the faceplate. If its girly, well, so what?????
