Yep, it definitely sped things up for me. Much quicker to load applications and the accelerometer works much more quickly.

this is my first bb device and i got it to install flawlessly. so far the accelerometer has been perfect, everything else is pretty much the same as i was not getting any lag to start with.

wow what a difference it made on my storm. no more lag and the accelerometer works faster than before. So far so good and now i am just loving my storm more.

So far I notice no more accelerometer lag. Menu scrolling seems a little faster. I have had a few lag issues with keyboard / menu response. This OS with the addition of the Keyboard hints :http://www.blackberryforums.com/gene...-keyboard.html Have made a major difference. From what I understand this is just a first step. If thats the case we are well on our way to having an even more amazing device.
