can anyone please help me sort out this problem .. my blackberry has blocked aznd is showing JUM error 103 and underneath ' reset'

What model is your device? When did this start? Did you install anything prior to this, a new app, theme, etc?

Curve doesn't tell us anything. Is it an 8300, 8310, 8320, 8330, 8900?
