I downloaded the new handheld software and rebooted my PC and the Desktop Manager started up but HAS NOT prompted me for the Handheld Update. How can I get it to prompt me or to override this and load directly?
Running Desktop Manager v4.0.1.10 which is ahead of the "official" TMO Desktop Manager version......do you think that is the issue?
Upgraded to 4.0.2.32 without any issues. One thing I noticed was that it is no longer needed to doubleclick the trackwheel to open items - one click works. This was a badly needed functionality, esp. for us righthanded people
I upgraded just now and lost my phone and browser option. When I try to call my phone, it doesn't even ring. And when I try to edit the profile, the phone option isn't even there. What did I do wrong? How do I fix this?

Thanks!
Take it back through the Application Loader and make sure the Phone is checked / whatever else you want on it.
I did see that I needed to update the 7100t with the phone and the browser so I started to do that but all of the sudden the screen went white and has an hourglass spinning. The Desktop manager said that the phone was disconnected from the computer even though it wasn't and then I can JUM Error 544 with a reset option. When I click the reset option (the only option I have), it does the same thing over and over again. Any suggestions? Going to search the forum and google for help also.
I found the answer to that as well. I just needed to close all windows down, unplug from computer, then start the manager, connect to computer and all was well.
I've also installed it and now can't get the Enterprise Activation to work so don't have access to my corporate email, callendar, etc. I also get a message about a bad encryption key needing to be regenerated which I think is related to the failing Enterprise Activation.
