I went to BIS website and changed my device to the curve. The e-mail icons are not showing up. Only the messages icon shows up.

How do I get all my e-mail accounts to show up on the curve?

From the BIS website? How long does it normally take? I did that a bit ago.

Well, I'm on Verizon, and they actually come pretty fast. I would think the same for AT&T / Cingular. Also make sure you are registered on the network, ans have a data plan up and running...

And pull your battery... the service books will often get installed on the reboot.

Did you check your folders (Like Applications, etc). Sometimes I've found things are being placed inside the folders...
