Default black clock

Please Login to Remove!
Hello folks! How do i remove black clock with turning from my BB? The black clock pops up every now and then and when it is up my BB will be frozen for about a minute, any help pls? Thanks in anticipation

What's the File Free on the device?

Go to Options > Status and read the third line.
