Question Reboots After Charge via USB>Computer

Please Login to Remove!

After charging my BB 7250 via the USB cable>Computer, my BB automatically reboots itself. Sometimes this happens and sometimes it doesn't.

Is this a feature of BB or does my BB have problems?

Thanks,
Shadowlessss

I have a 7290 and can't say that I've noticed this. I have noticed that if my BB is plugged into the USB and I restart my computer it does synch as soon as the computer comes up again. But, it appears to freeze for just a bit before completing the sync.

I have Verizon/7250. I have noticed my rebooting a lot in the morning after recharging all night. I have also noticed that it has turned off the wireless radio. It kinda sucks because if I don't notice it, I may go a couple hours thinking I have not gotten any calls.

I have no recommendations.

Why do you recharge at nights so much, what I do is at home and at work the BB is always connected via USB to the computer, It keeps my unit at 100% all the time, I too have a 7250. I never charge with the wall charger, I use it a lot on the weekends away from the computer and the charge holds all day. When i get home at night to the USB connector for an hour or so and I am good. I have never had issues with rebooting or with the wireless turning off.

I found that if I let the BB fully charge via the USB>Computer the BB will reboot. If I just let it charge for a few minutes and then take it off, the BB will not reboot. Not sure why this is happening.

Mine also reboots after an overnight charge. I thought it needed an update so I upgraded the firmware and it still did it. So I looked for another update and found 4.1 and updated it with that firmware, still reboots! I dont get it... anyone want to help us out with this one?
