having problems with connecting to opera

-changed the APN number.
-installed latest BB desk.
-installed the add on thing for opera

getting the message :

"ERROR failed to connect to the internet go to http://www.operamini.com/help?version=4.1 with your desktop browser or contact your service provider for internet settings."

while installing opera on my BB 8700g any help is greatly appriceated :]

1. Check your APN settings are the correct ones for your carrier.these will not be numbers.
2. Try setting the permissions for opera to 'allow ' by going to options > advanced options > applications. Once there highlight opera , hit menu key and select edit permissions
3. Do a battery pull then try again.

yeah i checked the internet options and its all on allow, the APN is right (t-mobile) still errors, i did try to reboot it as well thanks for the help tho keep it coming!

i might add i do not have a data plan if that makes a difference.
