I have a quick question....My boss has just recieved a new blackberry ....7100g (I think...i know its a 7100 but not sure on the letter at the end). Anyways he knows how to do everything on it but when someone calls him the phone "Chirps" and then plays his ringtone . This of course is quite annyoning to him. Now since it's his problem it's now my problem....I'm pretty good with technology but i'm not familiar with blackberry's. Any help with this would be greatly appericated by both myself and my boss! You will need to download and install the latest version of the handheld operating system for the boss. Install it on his phone and the chirp issue will be gone.
There are sticky FAQs at the top of the General BlackBerry Discussion forum on how to download the handheld OS and upgrade the BB.
