Hello all,

Hope this is in the right section....but I have a question.

I have a user that is tethering his blackberry, and after he disconnects he stops receiving emails. When he sends out an email, all of his emails start coming through again all with the same time stamp. He is disconnecting properly, has the updated firmware, and his settings are all correct. Anyone have any other ideas on what to look for? He has the BB 7250 with Verizon.

What handheld version of the OS is he using? 4.0.2 or 4.1?

If the problem is the timestamp issue, I am afraid there is no way around it. The time stamp is placed when the device receives the message, not when the message was sent. Hopefully there will be a New OS in the future that will resolve this issue. Good luck
