Same issue here, Keeps dropping and reconnecting. Seems to have started at 3:27 in Central PA.

AT&T 8310

Seem to have no BES - NOC and back activity.

BES show connected but I've seen the SRP drop and connect multiple times the past hour.

PIN to PIN sends but nothing back

4:06 PM in NYC EST and SRP Shows connected but no data routing and Emails are all queued. Any one manage to get a hold of RIM and have any information / ETA?

Just received this from a fellow BES Admin in Canada (where 1 of our servers is located and not working):

Notification Type: Unplanned (New)

Service Affected: MOBITEX/GPRS/EDGE Blackberry devices & BES Servers

Area Affected: National

Start Date: Monday, February 11th, 2008
Start Time: 03:20 PM (EST)
End Date: No ETTR available at this time
End Time: No ETTR available at this time

Work Summary: BlackBerry subscribers may be unable to send or receive messages. Subscribers may also be unable to register their device, roam in another location, or use other services such as Internet browsing. BlackBerry Enterprise Servers may be unable to connect to the BlackBerry Infrastructure

I am assuming the same issue is affecting the US.....

SRP connection Up and Down for about 20 minutes in the Detroit, MI area (3:24pm to 3:42pm. Connetion is back up but the BES is not contacting any devices and no mail is being forwarded.

Anyone trying to call T-support (I realize it's futile)

Just does some crazy noise like Independance Day and doesn't answer

thank god, this is the first time i have administered a BES and when they all stopped working i was going to run and hide in the bathroom.

how do i check the status of the SRP connection? (i know it is a noob question)
