I got a new Ford F150 with Sync this week. My Tour paird up with Sync and downloaded my phone book seamlessly. The call quality is terrible. Callers cannot hear me at all. The consensus is I sound like I am in a hole. Even if i scream they cannot hear me. Does not matter if I am sitting still. I can hear the caller fine. Anyone know how to fix this???

Ok, it is now working. Here is what I did:

Upgraded my Sync software to 3.1 from 3.0. You can do this at syncmyride.com.

Upgraded my tour's software. You can do this at verizonwireless.com

Turned on Audioboost in my Blackberry Tour. Go to media, options, Audio boost and switch it to on.
