VZW 4.7.1.61 Contact Alerts

I decided to downgrade from 5.0.0.230 to the official 4.7.1.61 release from VZW. Some of the bugs in .230 were getting to me.
However, the biggest bug for me in .53 is still in .61, which is with contact alerts. When you have a contact alert set, and have it set for an audible alert both in and out of holster, it does not audible alert in holster. It works properly if the person is simply in your address book.
The behavior is also correct in 4.7.1.40 and in 5.0.0.230.
I'll be going back to .230 in the AM.
