On numerous occassions when I hold down the "1" key to go to voicemail, the phone shuts off and resets. Happens about 50 percent of the time. Is anyone else having this issue??? Also, one time I went to go into picture and it shut off. Frustration!!!

No, I haven't experienced that on mine. I think I've dialed voicemail about 5 times so far.

I'm sorry to hear that.....no idea here.

When I dial voicemail, I don't have to enter a password to hear my messages....not hijacking here, but just figured I'd mention that since we're on the #1 key.....

I had my phone restart itself in the middle of a phone call today, but not when i call voicemail.

no voicemail / resetting issue here with 2 units....

Haven't had a problem with it resetting during calls or while trying to access voicemail... BUT it has randomly reset itself a couple times while I've just been playing around on it.

I'm thinking if anything its just a small bug in the OS. Hopefully we'll see an update soon. I'm not quite ready to try out the O2 software without a way to revert back to AT&T.

Update: Coninues to reset while holding the "1" (50%) and sometimes when I go into pictures, I really don't feel like taking this unit back so I need to decide if I can live with and wait for an update in the software or take it back and exchange. I have removed the battery and it still continues.

Welcome to the cluub - I have experienced all of the above with my Curve. I am presently using my Pearl and waiting for a new batch to show up at my local corporate store...
