Default Torch gone wild !!!

Please Login to Remove!

Hey guys I want to try and make a long story short .... I have the torch with t mobile working great the first few weeks .... Then I had friends tell me they did not get any of my text or got them late..... Called up t mobile had them do what ever it is they did ,,, Great then latter that day my phone started running slow and freezing up .... Never did that b4. So I got on the desktop manager and checked maybe It was time for a update. There was a new update available so I did it .... But still running slow and freezing >> Called t mobile again and the lady told me reinstall update maybe its a bad file. And when I restore just put the things I really need like contacts, Password keeper bla bla bla. So I did so but now my blackberry maps disappeared. So went on the desktop and re downloaded the maps .... But the phone don't seem to run the same. Any advice T-Mobile OR AT&T cant help. And Blackberry wants 50.00 dollars to help ....

First, please update your profile if you are really using a 9800.

Next, you probably need to wipe the device with Jl_cmdr (see the FAQ) and then reload the OS (see the sticky at the top of the 9800 section.

Does T-Mo support the 9800? They don't sell then and I didn't think they supported it. And what OS did DM direct you to install?
