Hello I just got the black berry bold this week and followed the step givin and got error message 777 any idea how to fix that issue or what caused it...also when I did the modem query I got.

At+fclass=? Command not supported
At#cls=? Command not supported
At+gci? Command not supported
At+gci=? Command not supported

Any idea what caused this?

P.s. Srry. For making thread if someone already did, I didn't want to strain eyes looking for thread since I'm using black berry phone to search and type at the moment.

I think we need a bit more info.

What were you trying to do when you got the error? What app triggered it?

Did you try a google search on that error code? I see a lot of DUNS and data connection info associated with that code such as: Error Message Detail

Thanks for info, it seems the modem needs to be updated.....the only problem I don't see any modem update pass 2007 for my compaq presario v3000...tho I guess ill see if it works once I download it to labtop
