Here's a little thing I did with the auto correct/auto text:

I create the word siggy1 (for signature 1)
I make the correction:

---------------
First Middle Last
Company Name
(123) 456-7890 cell
(123) 456-7890 office
http://www.whatever.com
---------------

Now I have a quick way to add a nice signature to my email. And I have since added siggy2 and siggy3 for the other jobs that I have (and a pithy personal one)

That's a good idea. I do the same thing, as i remember reading about this trick from another forum post a while ago. I use zz and zc as then I only have to type two keys. That and the fact that I'm not going to write a word that starts with zz or zc.

I use the zz and zc convention myself. The zz is the full, formal business signature, while zc is just a quick, informal sign-off.
