Hello,

Recently, my buttons stopped working, but sometimes when I click random buttons on the keypad, some of them work again. So I want to re-install my blackberry.

How would I do this?
I've got Blackberry Desktop

EDIT:/ Nevermind, button's still aren't working. Guess I gotta take it to a shop.

usually re-installing the OS if the keys dont work will not fix the problem. Did the BB get wet? do you carry it in your pocket without a slip? If you read some of the posts you can determine if you want to try replacing the keyboard. Generally if it's just a mechanical issue, parts can be replaced.

There are video's on the internet showing how to work on a BB.

Did it get wet? Sounds like water damage to me.
